Hi community, thank you for sharing your experiences.

A couple of days late on this intro, I'll tell you a little about myself below.

I had a chemical pregnancy in June last year, the first time we tried, followed by a miscarriage at 7.5 weeks the following October (including D&C). Last year we tried those two times and I got pregnant right away. We took a break and resumed TTC for 2 cycles last June & July, moving break, and now 3rd cycle we try.

I'm almost 8 days late 20 or 21 DPO and only symptoms are a bit of discharge and some minor cramps for the last 10 days. I tested 3 times in the past week, including today. 3 BFN. It's the first time I've been irregular since my miscarriage, almost year ago.

We’re quite healthy, and we ran initial fertility tests and aced them, with no issue in sight. I turned 37 last August. Our new fertility specialist/Obgyn asked us to schedule an appointment for January if nothing happened until then.

I am not going to lie, I’ve been feeling the anxiety. Adding to this, almost all the women I’ve met in this wonderful new city we moved to seem to have gotten pregnant in the last few months. I feel terrible about feeling a little heavy when they share the news, I know it’s a selfish reflection of what we’re going through but still, doesn’t help. Will try SMEP for this next cycle (and whenever AF arrives). Any advice?

Anyway, it feels good to put this out there and today I’ll be grateful for that.

    Have a lovely weekend (:

    M.

  • Welcome, @mariegnr87! I hope your stay here is short and sweet 🤗

FWIW, I’m not sure how you could be 20DPO with a BFN. Seems plausible I’m you just ovulated later this cycle than normal, or may have had an anovulating cycle. Are you tracking BBT to confirm ovulation?
