Just got a voicemail from Kroger today about potential listeria in products that I purchased (and already consumed 😳) which is stressing me out a bit. Thinking about mentioning it to my doctor at my appointment next week, but wanted to pass along the link to the recall and also just to spread the word that it may be a good idea for us pregnant mamas to avoid things like this when we are choosing items at the grocery store. I had read about avoiding lunch meat, unpasteurized foods, etc, but didn't really think much about prepared food kits/salad kits. I guess that was a huge oversight on my part to not consider them given that many contain cold cooked chicken 🤦♀️
