Bleeding lip bump

Hi. I have a small red bump on my lower lip that keeps bleeding. Don’t know how to get rid of it. I have an appointment for next week with a dermatologist but just wondering if anyone can shed some light. I googled it and found pregnancy granuloma. Anyone that can shed some light?
