I have about a week until my anatomy scan, at exactly 20 weeks pregnant. I received my AFP results today and I am reading AFP 2.87. The cut off is 2.5, which means I am elevated. I’m praying the anatomy scan rules out ONTD. Has anyone received this test/false positives? I have read some stories stating a lot of false positives and I’m praying that’s the same for me.
