Passed this when going to the toilet

I believe I'm about 5 weeks pregnant and passed like a red stringy tissue like material when passing urine (didn't resemble a clot) I didn't have any spotting or bleeding with it or since. I've been having cramps but they aren't sore and I've had them since before I got my BFP
Has anyone had anything similar? I'll try and attach a photo below.
Nobody knows I'm pregnant yet so feeling very worried and alone with this.

Some spotting and discharge can be normal, as well as cramps.  If you are concerned, you should call your doctor.
