heavy breasts but no soreness..

Hi all! 
So, I'm currently 6 weeks 3 days pregnant. I've been having quite a few symptoms, pretty much textbook. Little back story, I had a MMC in January and one of the first signs I had of pregnancy were really sore boobs! Then one day they just stopped and a few days later I started having brown discharge and later found out baby stopped growing, so I guess this time around I'm using that as an indicator which I know is probably not smart 😅. Now, this time around I didn't get the intense soreness. Just really sensitive nipples and they feel so heavy and full, just looking for opinions and reassurance. Have any of you felt the heaviness without the soreness?

Hello, mine were only sore for about a week and I too got worried that something was wrong. Just had my 11 week ultrasound and babies are jumping around with a strong heart beat. They look full and feel heavy but luckily no longer sore or sensitive. I think it’s normal.
