  • The vitamin that my doctor perscribed that was free!

  • I’m currently taking Olly soft gels. First few weeks I took the gummies as it was the only thing I could keep down. Doctor recommended something with DHA
  • I did some research and if your looking for something affordable thst meets all the needs get Nature's Made prenatal with Folic acid+DHA. This one made every list I checked. And they smell like citrus not nasty vitamins lol. NO bad taste either. I'm loving them so far.
  • During pregnancy, it’s so important to find a good prenatal that gives both you and your baby everything you need. I’ve been taking Vidalocity Prenatal Vitamins, and I love them because they’re packed with essential nutrients like folate, iron, DHA, and choline—all super important for baby’s development and for keeping me feeling my best. I definitely recommend checking them out! They’ve helped me feel more confident that I’m giving my baby the best start. Hope you find one that works great for you!☺️
  • I take Baby and Me 2.
  • Make sure to take something with folate, not folic acid! It’s usually a bit more expensive, but absolutely worth it.
Around 50-70% of women have a gene that doesn’t allow them to turn folic acid into what baby needs, so they need folate for baby to develop properly!
  • I love my Garden Of Life Prenatals, they are organic and made with whole foods. They provide 100% daily value of all needed nutrients. They are vegan so I supplement the DHA with fish oil pills.
  • I love my “1 a day” prenatal vitamin and pair it with a vitamin D + magnesium gummy!
  • I have been using 'Mama Expecting' by everydae plus a seperate omega (dha)..Everydae's prenatal has folate (the methylated version of folic acid) and it also has Choline.. I wanted a prenatal that wouldn't cause me nausea and this has been great! The ingredients are high quality and there are no fillers!!
  • I’ve been using Perelel’s first trimester pack - been taking them with dinner since it’s the only way I can stomach it

I’ve been using Mama Expecting by Everydae along with a separate omega (DHA) supplement, and it’s been amazing! This prenatal includes methylated folate and choline, uses high-quality ingredients, and contains no fillers. Best of all, it doesn’t make me feel nauseous!

  • Any that are food based digest better and you get more of the goodness. My midwife always recommends a probiotic as well.
