1st Trimester

So exhausted

Hi,
I’m 6 weeks pregnant and the last week has been hard. Since finding out at 4 weeks I’ve had symptoms on and off but the last week I’ve constantly nauseous with no relief and I’m so exhausted I can’t get out of bed. If I do get out of bed I have difficulty breathing. I’ve tried everything for the nausea and am taking prenatal vitamins every day. I’m very concerned about the exhaustion at this point because it is disrupting my life. It feels like I haven’t slept in days when I’m sleeping 12+ hours per day. I’m so excited to be pregnant and have a baby. But is this normal? If it is how do I get through it?

Re: So exhausted

  • Girlll also 6 weeks and it’s been the roughest so far! Absolutely exhausted and nauseous all day. Feel gross and don’t have the energy or mood to be excited when others learn I’m pregnant
  • I can totally relate to this. I’m 8 weeks pregnant and struggling massively with exhaustion and nausea/vomiting. I’m a secondary school teacher and getting through the day feels like a mission. I teach dance and drama and find it hard to be motivated, after a dance class yesterday I have to run to the toilet to throw up and then felt exhausted afterwards. I don’t understand how to be good at my job whilst managing first trimester symptoms 😩😩
  • My previously used prenatals does cause headache, nausea, low energy and stomach pains. So I switched to the ones from VIda-l0-cîty. I noticed a huge difference in just a few days of taking them. It subsides my nausea, sickness and gaves me enough energy to do my daily chores.
  • This is absolutely normal as More than 80% of women go through the same symptoms during the course of the first trimester. A few tricks you need to outline to cope with these conditions. Smaller portions of meal alleviate bloating. Fluid intake keeps hydrated. Trying an herbal formula "morning sickness tea" can also bring a huge difference. You can find it on secretsoftea.com.
