Spotting from a Sunchorionic Hematoma

I have been spotting off and on with a SCH for about 4 weeks now. I found out at almost 11 weeks and I am 15 weeks, 1 day. But I think I’ve had the SCH for longer. My pregnancy started off as a twin pregnancy, but a week and a half ago we had to have a selective fetal reduction due to chromosomal and heart abnormalities. Sometimes the spotting is heavier and sometimes it’s nothing at all. It’s mostly a pinkish brown, but no cramps. The hematoma was about 6cm when I first started bleeding but at every appointment since then, they’ve told me it was getting smaller.

How long does the bleeding/spotting last?! I’m really freaked out that something is wrong with the other baby. I go back on Thursday of this week (so not for another 5 days) for a follow up for the SFR. Of course it’s Sunday today, so my doctor’s office isn’t open, and I’d have to go to the ER to be seen.
