Constipated Baby

My 3 month old is constipated. He’s struggling and he’s passed a little poop that was much more solid than normal today. There’s NOTHING out there that Im “allowed” to give him right now, but we done ALL of the other things we can (bicycles, belly massages, etc.). What else can I do for him? I want to get him some relief before it starts to impact his appetite.

My baby has had constipation issues since birth. Our Dr. had us try Gerber pear juice. Doesn’t seem to work that much for him but maybe it will help your baby move things along?? Miralax is the only thing that works for us.

This may be far fetched, but if all else fails, this is what I recommend. Your baby feeds off the nutrients you put in your body. Try adjusting your diet to high fiber, probiotic based meals at least once a day or sprinkled throughout.
