Methadone and pregnancy

Hi.. so I'm on the MAT program and have been for almost 3 years now my first child was convieved and born on methadone. And I've tried to Google my question but I get no relevant answers ... So how much methadone like what percentage does the baby actually receive? I understand everyone is on a different dose... But what percent actually gets to the baby... I'm taking less then what I'm prescribed and I'm just trying to figure out for myself if my baby will go threw a long withdrawal my first was in the NICU for about a month... But I was also on a pretty high dose.. this one I was more prepared and I weend myself down about 60 mgs from my original dose.... If anyone could give me a general answer I would greatly appreciate it. 🙂 I'm 40 weeks pregnant today and I'm SO OVER IT. I woke up this morning and I'm in EXTREME pain my legs and back are just killing me ... It's like restless legs times 500... It's awful thinking of going to the hospital this afternoon if it doesn't get any better considering I just took half my dose this morning...
