I started to MS before I did the medical abort pill on 8/1. I stopped bleeding couple days later first time having coitus was 8/6. I had no more HCG in my system. Three days ago when wiping I had a very light pink only 2x (day 1&2). When showering it was light pink and creamy. I haven’t had a cycle return so I don’t know if the light pink is from a cycle or what.

It all depends on how far along you were in your PG, and how long it takes the tissue to leave your body and HCG to return to 0.  Sometimes BBT can help you determine what is going on that first cycle, but it can take up to 6 cycles for your body to return to a new normal. Oftentimes the doctor tells you to not have coitus for several weeks after a MC, and to avoid attempting PG until after the first known period following a MC to avoid the unknown and for dating purposes.  

My MCs were all early, so my cycle returned about 5-6 weeks later.  But it can take longer in other cases.

I started to get the symptoms of MC around 7wks. I officially took the pill around 8wks 2/3days.
