Sharp, Pulsating Pain Under Left Boob

Hi everyone, I’m new here! I am 7 weeks today and noticed a new pain that I’ve never felt before. Under my left boob, kind of right above my rib cage, there’s this pulsating sharp pain. 

I’ve looked it up and some say it could be the uterus expanding but I’m not so sure since I’m only supposed to be 7 weeks. Now I haven’t had my first ultrasound yet so I don’t know exactly how far along I am but has anyone else had this pain before?

Did you ever find out what it was? Felt this last night during pregnancy insomnia…I’m at about 6 weeks. Also read could be uterus expanding/ligaments loosening, etc.
