Gestational thrombocytopenia

Has anyone had gestational thrombocytopenia diagnosed in the second trimester? I had it with my first pregnancy but it wasn’t diagnosed until I was admitted for induction and my platelets were 75k! My platelets are already dropping at 25 weeks and I’m so worried they’re going to go lower this time. Appreciate any input!
