Period question after d&c

Hello everyone, I got a d&c done on the 19th of June. Just got my period back on the 20th of this month (July) it stopped 4 days later. Two days later I’m slightly bleeding again and notice small small clots. I’m not sure if it’s due to the ueterine lining. Has this happened to someone else ?
