Pregnant after 35

NIPT results showing increased presence of trisomy 13

Hi,
I am 35 years old expecting for the first time nearly 22 weeks. I have had my two NHS scans at 14th and 21st week and all has been identified as normal. The combined test for all three syndromes came back as less than 1 in 5000. Last week we were abroad for a holiday and I did NIPT in a private medical centre (using next generation sequencing cfDNA). The results showed 82.2 positive protective value positive for trisomy 13 with 15% fetal fraction. I have some knowledge around the testing and know that it is highly accurate in reading DNA sequences. I am aiming to stay calm as I also know that Patau’s structural abnormality would have been picked up in the last scan. Seeing my midwife tomorrow. If anybody has any advice or suggestions, all welcome. Thank you
