@mrst0922 early morning walks with the dog and prenatal yoga on YouTube have been doable for me. Barre3 (also has online videos) is also very pregnancy-friendly.
I don't have a peleton but I do have the lowest level subscription to the app. It has prenatal workouts - primarily strength and yoga. I also do the walking classes sometimes indoor or outdoor.
I've found a lot of indoor workouts on youtube. The channel is called "prenatal and postpartum TV". They are free and totally doable for the rest of your pregnancy!
Best Indoor Workouts for 18 Weeks Pregnant: Prenatal Yoga: Great for flexibility and relaxation. Light Weight Training: Helps maintain muscle tone. Swimming ( here you can read how good is it ): Low-impact and easy on joints. Stationary Cycling: Safe cardio option. Walking: Use a treadmill to avoid heat.
I bought a desk treadmill in May, whenever I have the energy I aim for 30 minute brisk walking sessions (it's better than nothing but I would rather be running).
