Hot and Pregnant 🥵

It's finally getting hot here. How are you dealing with the summer weather? Have you got any tips? I live in cold and rainy Britain we're not geared up for hot weather.

Linen dresses, hats when outside, ice water, fans.

Heat in the UK is worse than the US in my experience since there’s hardly any AC around! Keep windows open at night and shut them all as soon as it’s hotter outside than inside, and close all curtains and blinds with direct sunlight coming in.

I’m in Canada and we’re going through a heat wave too! 

I’ve been wearing as little clothing as I can get away with! lol. Light dresses with maternity underwear shorts so my thighs aren’t sticking.
