Is this the cause of my weird tissue spotting?

The last 3 days I’ve been drinking coffee with this in it. Is this what’s causing this spotting with tissue looking type stuff when I go pee?

I’ve had similar spotting over the last 24 hours. I’m not sure the cause of it. I have an ultrasound Thursday am. Currently 6w3d

That would definitely not cause it. Brown is older blood, it could be something as simple as irritation (ie exercise, straining, sex, etc) if it gets worse or becomes bright red see your doctor! I’ve been having intermittent pink spotting for the last 4 days (I’m at 5 weeks +4d)
