Toddler waking in the middle of the night :/

My toddler has been waking up for the last 2 weeks. She wakes up around 3-4 AM and stays awake for at least 1 hrs or 2. If I got to her room she says "I poop" but she only pees. We are going to start toilet training soon but not sure what is making her wake up. Anyone going over the same problem?
