Low HCG and progesterone? Worried for another loss..

Hello everyone,

I got results in yesterday with no word yet from my doctor.

HCG was 130 and progesterone was 4. I estimate I’m 5 weeks in so this concerns me…

I had a MMC a few months ago, but during that time my HCG was much higher. I believe I was 6 weeks in at that time. I can’t recall for certain.

Last time, with my MMC, I spotted quite often. This time I just noticed a few hours of very light spotting the day my period was due. I haven’t seen anything else since, so that has given me some hope, but I still remain cautious till I hear a heart beat, or get confirmation it isn’t chemical or etopic.

Can anyone share their experiences with me? Thank you

The most important thing early in PG is that HCG doubles every 48 hours.  HCG can vary widely in numbers early in PG, so you may just have to wait until they get your next number to see if it doubles or not.  130 is somewhat low, but not if you're just 5 weeks or earlier.

Any update? I still don’t know officially how far along I am. Going based off my period I should be 7weeks 3days my first hcg results are 502 I go back today for my second draw…I’m nervous because I’ve been spotting for two days now 🥺
