nighttime shivers?

hi everyone! i’m new to this group bc my due date was 7/6 but I had my baby girl on 6/30. is anyone or has anyone experienced severe shivering at night or during sleep? it’s not truly cold at all, my body just freaks out and thinks it’s suddenly surrounded by arctic air and shivers even under the covers, which then makes me sweat a ton because like i said, it’s not actually cold at all. 😩 it’s really annoying, relatively harmless, but has anyone else gone through this too?

yes I experienced this! I don’t anymore, but it happened for quite a few weeks after the birth of both of my kids!
