Cycle after miscarriage?

Hi all,

im experiencing my first miscarriage currently at 6w+2d. I’m just wondering how I now track my cycle. Before I got pregnant I was VERY regular and my period came every 28 days. Do I use the first day of bleeding for the miscarriage as cycle day 1?

just want to know so we can know when I’m ovulating to try again

I think most people recommend tracking your HCG down to 0 and sitting out a cycle just to be sure before trying again.
