HCG not doubling

I should be 5d 4w first BHCG 529 on 6/26/24, second 590 6/28/24, third 780 7/1/24. The ultrasound tech says pregnancy is in the uterus and not tubal but believes I’m only about 4 weeks along. Dr doesn’t seem optimistic but says all hope isn’t out the window yet. I have endometriosis and infertility for 20 years. I’ve had several miscarriages all super early none that have made it this far. Anyone have a positive outcome with slow rising HCG?
