I’m at 53,174 at 6 weeks 2 days. What does this mean? Normal, fine, twins, etc??

the most important thing about HCG in early PG is that it doubles every 48 hours.  If you aren't testing to see what the doubling rate is, then this number means nothing besides "you're pregnant."  Otherwise, you'll start to use heartbeat measurements in another week or so.
