On maternity leave and I slept in so late plus took a nap. I know I've been feeling really sluggish and tired but didn't realize it was this bad! I had been fighting through the haze to work and do other things so it feels great to just lay down as long as I need. Going for a walk in a little bit

2.5 weeks til due date, haven't dropped, haven't lost the mucus plug, doc doesn't do cervical checks unless something is wrong. I just want her to make her grand debut at this point. I'm so tired and sore and whiny. Like everything is a damn struggle.

Less than 2 weeks from eviction day and I am pretty over being pregnant. Everything is ready for baby’s arrival and I’ve been on Maternity since last week. The dog and I lay around most days doing nothing and looking at each other 🤣 My oldest is in Texas visiting with her dad’s side of the family so she made me promise that her brother would not come while she is gone 🤦🏾‍♀️ But on a great news report, hubby got out of 2nd summer drill and his Sgt is letting him make it up other ways so he can be home for birth and after! I cried when he told me because I hated that he was going to have to leave me after the birth. I don’t mind visitors but I really didn’t want anyone but my hubby and daughter to be here to help me. My sister stepped up which is such a blessing but she tends to be like a second mom telling me what I should do 😵‍💫

went thrifting and am starting my postpartum wardrobe 🥰✨ wanna be prepared with clothes and outfits i know i can wear once baby comes and feel cute even if i’m just at the grocery store 😂💛

With my second I lost my mucus plug when I was 8.5 cm right before I got my epidural and they broke my water.

With my 3rd I never saw a mucus plug, and my water broke when I was going from ambulance stretcher to ER stretcher. 

39+1 here and no signs of labor except for the BH I had after hiking on Monday. I wasn't ready for baby to come that night so I'm happy nothing happened. I'm in a weird state right now going between I want to go into labor so I don't have to be induced, and this is my last pregnancy and I'm not ready to give that up yet.

You know @jhysmath , I haven't really thought about that. I plan this to be my only pregnancy so maybe I should just relax and enjoy the ride. But I've been so incredibly unhappy in the last week or so that I'm ready to be done. Maybe I should change my thinking to enjoy what little time I have left being pregnant.

I'm enjoying every minute that I can while baby is inside. The anxieties are coming out in the middle of the night now and I can't sleep just thinking what life is going to be like once this baby is born.

My NST went well today and I'm so glad 😊 last 2 times my heart rate spike really high and they kept me overnight for observation and monitoring. I was so happy to be able to walk out of the hospital less than an hour later to go home!

@jhysmath I keep thinking about it at night too! All the wondering how life is going to change dramatically with this new person to care for. Hopefully you're able to get some sleep though I know the anxiety and all the physical symptoms can make it really hard to sleep much at this stage! 

@prettymamaholub444777 yay! Mine is scheduled for next week and I'm still feeling nervous about all the things we still need to do to get ready (mostly wash clothes, bottles and pump parts, but also clean up around here)

baby was born today at 10:41pm, he’s beautiful and thriving. i gave birth vaginally and didn’t tear, feeling so grateful!!!!

Anyone feeling ready and anxiously not ready?? Baby will be here Wednesday and everything is ready. But mentally I’m screaming inside. I know we’re ready, but I got so comfortable with having an independent 12 year old lol. I had a dream the other night that I forgot I had a baby and didn’t check on it for 13 hours!! Oh anxiety…

I'm ready but have been having that feeling of, was this a good choice? Even though, OF COURSE it was and OF COURSE I worked hard to get my sweet baby. I blame hormones

Hormones are the worst. I have cried more in the last 3 days than my entire pregnancy. C-Section is tomorrow morning. I’m surprisingly calm now and just ready to hold my baby boy!!

Went for 39+1 today. Had a membrane sweep and scheduled induction for Monday when I'll be exactly 40 wks. Fingers x'ed she makes her way out on her own

Getting ready now to head to the hospital to be induced. I'm so nervous but I've got my husband and doula coaching me through this. I really hope I get my VBAC and it's not a super long process because I slept horribly last night with the worst ongoing nausea

He’s here! I did not sleep the night before my C-Section on the 17th but everything went AMAZING. He is perfect and big sister is in love 🥰 positive energy to all of you still waiting to deliver!

Isaac is here! I had a super long induction process from Wed 10pm and he was born Fri 236am. So happy I was able to get my VBAC and the epidural made it much more comfortable 💙

Had our boy last Monday. 9lbs 6oz and 22 inches long. From arrival at hospital to delivery was 3 hours. It was fast and intense but what a C-section so I appreciate it.

Kai was born 7/21. 8lb11oz. Weee working through a change in feeding plans because they found a soft palate cleft. It’s mild but seems breastfeeding for nutrition isn’t an option and surgery will be needed before 12 months. Anyone with experience in this?

Excludicely pulling here because Kai’s cleft palate. It was so hard to manage the first week but feeling more optimistic as my supply increases. How are you doing?
