I've been wearing Kindred Bravely brand which have really low cut in the front (it's below my old c section scar) and wide coverage which seem will be good for holding onto overnight pads. For disposable I'm thinking of getting depends to sleep in. I kept leaking the first time around in my sleep even with super overnight pads
I have some depends for postpartum. But after my 2 C-sections I couldn't have any underwear that touched my incision even well after it healed it was so uncomfortable. I went commando pretty much for 4 years until I found the high waisted ones on Amazon. Even the Hanes high waisted ones from like Walmart would roll down and hit my incision scar and I couldn't deal with that feeling.
Am I the only person that loved the mesh panties from the hospital?! 😅 I totally plan to ask for extras to take home with me this time around. I wore those + maternity biker shorts still and a nursing bra. That was pretty much it for the first couple weeks!
I think I only got 2 mesh undies but I didn't know any better the first time around. I ended up buying regular Hanes panties and got ones that come up above my incision and had lots of coverage, but they felt kinda loose which is probably why I leaked overnight 😅
