TTC after depo injection

Ttc after being on depo infection for 3years. Yet to get a period. Want to try for baby but don’t know my cycle correctly without period. Have tender boobs and back ache today but negative test 💔
Any tips or advice.
It’s really getting my mood down as I long for baby and all I do is think and read about babies.
