My baby is hitting her regression about a month early. Or is at least starting a small regression from development progressions. How did you survive with your little’s sleep regressions? What are tips you have?
Just seeing this now, I’m at 3.5 months and I think he’s having some sleep disruptions from development but I feel like I’d be overly optimistic to say it’s his true regression. Since posting, how did it go?
this is the same thing for us… she’s a week and a half from being 5 months and there was no regression… at 2 weeks before turning 4 months she had what we thought was a scheduling problem. She would wake every 4 hrs instead of 5 for her middle night feed and then do an early wake around 5am. I use a sleep tracker and looking back it lasted exactly 2 weeks and after that she now sleeps about 7 hrs at a time at night. Her naps were also a bit shorter during this period and it was hard to lengthen her naps… I’m cautious in saying this was her regression since she still has another week before she’s 5 months…. But it does seem like her sleep cycles changed which is the cause of the regression at 4 months…
