How are you feeling this month? Relieved to be out of the first trimester and feeling symptoms ease, or still cursing the lingering symptoms you were hoping would be gone by now?

My nausea is still going strong and today I also woke up with lower back pain. Not sure if it’s pregnancy related or if I just slept wrong, but I’d really like it if the first tri and third tri symptoms didn’t overlap, please!

I've been getting aches and pains. I got my maternity pillow out and that's helped but it's mainly old issues from previous pregnancies and post partum rearing their head again.
I've got something going on in my left hip. It's been an issue since DS1. It's not the regular pregnancy pelvic gurdle pain it's inside my hip joint. I had some physio and an MRI but they can't really figure out what it is. I found some SI joint release stretches online that really help and most of the time I'm pain free now. I think there's something up with the small muscles inside my hip joint. But honestly who knows.
I still have nausea too and the heart burn is brutal!! I started getting some hip pain pretty bad last night that kept me awake and tossing and turning. It honestly feels like when I would have growth spurts as a kid in my legs. I almost got up in the middle of the night to have a warm bath but I had dogs sleeping on me. lol.
Edit to add: headaches! I forgot to add headaches and was uncomfortably reminded.
My hips get pressure and go through "growth spurt" pain every week or so, but now it just seems like one of those things so I just try to be happy when I don't have it. Heartburn was brutal yesterday (afternoon into evening) and I felt just generally overwhelmed and exhausted after work. I think there was a lot of bending over and crouching and was just toooooo much. I'm a day away from 19 weeks and my bump looked like a beach ball between baby and bloat, it's crazy how round it seemed to get over night. With the reflux and burping I felt like a helium balloon. 😳 But I am thankful that those are the only things really bothering me right now, and over the last week I've been feeling movements so that's pretty sweet and fun and new!
Oh yeah the hip pain has set in here too. I brought out the pregnancy pillow last night and it did help, I feel better today! Nausea is a little better too, but it comes and goes so I definitely don’t expect to be out of the woods there yet.

Hope everyone's symptoms ease up!
