Anyone know nub theory? None identical twins. Any guesses please.

    It's a fetus that 50% chance it will be born with boy sex organs and a 50% chance it will be born with female sex organs.  
    Nub theory is just a lucky guess of the sex of a baby, the gender will be found out when the child is a bit older and identifies.
