retroplacental hematoma

Has anyone had any experience  with a retroplacental hematoma, they found one at 13weeks and im a nervous wreck. Does this mean miscarriage or can I carry to term.

My dr found 2 with me and im currently 17 weeks. Considered high risk , but also said right now my placenta is covering my cervix so on rest with that as well.
