Braxton Hicks 28 weeks - 3rd baby in your 40s

Hello all,

I hope you’re all doing well. I’m a mummy in my 40s with my third little bundle after a ten year gap between my other two babas.

I found the other two pregnancies almost identical whereas this one everything seems to be happening much sooner.

I’m experiencing regular tightenings with a bit of a head rush which I remember being Braxton hicks. All else seems to be going along smoothly.

I’d love to hear all about your experiences too.

I started getting BH intermittently around 28 weeks. Now, at 33, I’m getting them much more frequently. I can’t really trace it to any one thing in particular. Sometimes dehydration, sometimes full bladder, sometimes emptying my bladder, sometimes just changing positions. Everything else seems fine though. It’s not regular at all so I’m not so worried

Thank you really appreciate your response gives a bit of peace of mind as a similar thing to what I’m experiencing. I’m very careful not to sneeze at the moment also lol hope all goes else well with your pregnancy.
