It's the fatigue for me. I was so happy to have that second trimester boost that I almost forgot third trimester was coming. We're all coming closer to meeting our little sweethearts!
I’m exhausted. I’m sore everywhere all the time. I constantly feel like I just ran a marathon so I spend most of my time lying down in bed. Prob doesn’t help I have fibromyalgia and I’m closer to my 40s than my 30s. I’m emotional. I’m grumpy. I get hungry but can barely eat without feeling full and sick. I have constant diarrhea. Plus side is I haven’t gained even a pound but she seems super healthy. Because I’m high risk I need an ultrasound every month and starting in 5 weeks I need one every freaking week. Add that to all the OB visits. Gahhh. Did I mention I’m grumpy? Trying to decide on a travel system stroller car seat is making me lose my brain. Too many options. Butttt, in a few short months I’ll have a beautiful baby girl.
i’ve had 3 days of sciatic nerve pain, my official “welcome” symptom to the 3rd trimester with all my babies .. it adds a special limp to my waddle so you guys can just picture how i look 🫠
Tired, lol! aside from the GD and the BH it’s not terrible. I do feel like this baby will be here sooner than later, my BH are starting to feel lower with more pelvic pressure. I got a little worried the other day, but they let up! I think bouncing around in the boat at 30 weeks all day wasn’t the brightest idea I’ve had lol.
@lolothenailtech I've also not gained any weight according to the scale! Though I've definitely changed shape, haha. Though to be fair, going into this I was hoping to lose about 60 lbs, so that might be something. I'm also in the ultrasound every month club! I don't mind because then I get to see Spud more often.
@lolothenailtech I got tabbed high fish for GD and preterm labor so I have weekly ultrasounds now too! Baby will also be here at the latest, the week of July 13th. They won’t let me go over 37 weeks. We are team green so it’s kind of crazy now we have to go to all these Sonos and my eyes are closed for half of them lol
I know!! I’m definitely stressing at how little we have prepared. This weekend we are going to go through storage and set up babies room, at least some clean NB and 0-3 clothes and find our swing and bassinet! I’m 30 weeks and so underprepared for this baby!!
Hey Mums, Is anyone else finding that their work has started to be unsupportive? Mine are fine with my appointments but I am left feeling a little deflated, as I am the only one with an issue (the issue being, a hamster which carries a virus and can lead to complications).
@augie24 toothbrush, car seat, comfy stretch pants and loose comfy t shirt, crocs or flippie floppies, chapstick, phone charger, water bottle, fav pillow or blanket, going home outfit for baby plus 1 or 2, boppy, pacifier.
@augie24 im packing a couple nursing bras a a couple maternity biker shorts, and a big t shirt for myself. Tooth brush, tooth paste, shampoo and conditioner. I’ll bring my own towel from home because the hospital ones are the size of kitchen hand towels! Phone charger, snacks, chapstick, nipple cream, DO. Maybe a small makeup pouch with base and mascara, if I want to look decent for a picture lol. Hair brush, hair ties. for baby I’ll bring a blanket and a going home outfit and that’s it.
I’m just so so excited to meet baby already I can hardly handle it. I was not as excited with my first because I was so scared of all the unknowns but this time I’m so excited! Except not excited for labour because now I know what’s going to happen lol.
