Is this normal ?

I’m 7 weeks pregnant and I’ve been spotting every day for a week now. It is accompanied with mild cramps. I have been pregnant before many years ago and I was 5 weeks and it lasted up to 6 weeks. I knew I was having a miscarriage from the pain and then confirmed it at the hospital. I have an appointment next week to confirm if that is what this is but this feels entirely different and I’m not sure if this could be considered normal or just a different kind of miscarriage. The blood the first time was just like a heavy period with strong pain. This feels like a mild cramp that comes and goes with light spotting pinkish/brown. Can anyone please help me ?

Some spotting can be normal. Brown is older blood. You may also have a SCH. You should reach out to your provider.
