TTC after chemical

hey mamas 
im currently going through a chemical pregnancy, started around 5w4d, im wondering when I can start TTC again .. reading conflicting info online 
I’m a few weeks away from 35 & my previous pregnancies were conceived without issues but my youngest is 4 & I’ve heard that TTC after 35 is hard. 

I want to try again as soon as we can. Anyone older and successfully conceived right after a chemical pregnancy? 

Is there anything I can do/supplements that can help increase the chances of a sticky babe. Currently taking prenatal, iron, magnesium & vitamin D

@prayingforfour Usually it is recommended to wait until after your next full cycle and AF to begin TTC again.  This is because if you do not track your HCG down to 0, and then you try to conceive right away, you have NO Idea if the BFP you're receiving is from the old pregnancy HCG, or from a new PG.  Then people get all flustered and upset and the ONLY thing you can do at that point is to get your HCG tested every 2 days and see if it goes up or down.  However, if it goes down, even then it may be impossible to know if you're having a second early miscarriage or if it's leftover HCG from this current MC. 

Honestly, if you've had 3 PGs with no problems, and this is your first MC, it's really just a matter of math and your chances of having a second MC is very low.  And 35 is not considered that old for PG anymore.
