SCH- does spotting come and go??

Long story short. Went to ER for spotting 5weeks. It stopped after 3 days. Nothing since. Saw heartbeat at 5 weeks 6 days and again at 7 weeks 1 day. 139bpm. I have a small SCH that was detected at 5 weeks 3 days. Just went to the bathroom and wiped the smallest amount of brown-pink. Hardly noticeable. Now

Nothing. My question is…Will I spot on and off this whole pregnancy? It’s so anxiety inducing.

You might spot throughout the first trimester since it's pretty common. I would address this question to my doctor. He would know best for your situation.

Yes. I also have a SCH. I was told it could bleed off and on or not at all. Decrease activity. No heavy lifting. No vacuuming. No reaching down into top loading washing machine or up to high shelves. Pelvic rest. Stay hydrated. 

Was told just let it takes its course. Could heal/absorb itself or come out in clots. If excessive bleeding (filling multiple pads in an hour) go to ER.
