How much bleeding is normal?

I just found out I’m pregnant with my first and am so excited. I’m guessing I’m around 4-5 weeks and my first doctor appointment is scheduled in about 3 weeks. I started noticing some spotting yesterday and wasn’t too concerned. But today it was a little more. No pain and not bright red like menstrual bleeding, but still a bit more than yesterday. Should I be concerned or is this normal? I’ve googled it about 50 times but just feel like asking here might give me some peace!
