Anyone with polyps at 15 weeks?

I bled a little yesterday after sex and got scared and went to the doctor. Turns out it was from two very small polyps. Anyone had these and had a safe pregnancy and delivery?

I had polyps before pregnancy and had to get them removed because they were affecting implantation. My understanding is that they don’t affect the pregnancy or delivery at all, but just make it harder to implant. I think a lot more people have polyps than we realize during pregnancy
