First miscarriage advice please

Hello, I was thinking I was about 8 weeks as of today. I have very irregular cycles. When I went to my first ultrasound appointment it didn’t go as I hoped.

With a transvaginal ultrasound they found a fetal pole but told me it was measuring at 7 weeks and 1 day with no heartbeat and declared it a miscarriage.

This was my first pregnancy / miscarriage and I am just looking for some advice before my doctor appointment tomorrow.

Do I accept it truly is a miscarriage? ( My periods have always been irregular)

What should I expect in the appointment tomorrow?

What questions should I ask my doctor?

I just had a similar experience.  My doctor wants me to come in in two weeks. She said I may miscarry before then. I think I'm still in shock/denial. 😔
