High d dimer

Hey guys . Has anyone ever experienced high d-dimer with no clots ? Er visit for shortness of breath and back pain between shoulders and my d-dimer came back as 2.32 ! They did ultrasound of both legs and CT scan of lungs and everything came back clear . I’m so worried it’s being missed . I’m currently 19 weeks 

should also mention d dimer was only 0.50 three weeks ago

My little knowledge is that people get a lot of false positives while pregnant. Hopefully that's it as the scans came back negative. 🤞🙏
