It's normal to not see a clear image of your baby at 6+1 weeks during an ultrasound. It could be that your pregnancy is still early, and the baby is too small to be seen clearly. The important thing is to check for signs of progression and rule out any potential issues. Your doctor will look for a gestational sac and a yolk sac, which can be an indicator of a developing pregnancy. In anyways, sending you lots of baby dust here.
I had my first ultrasound 4/11 thinking I was soon to be 8 weeks. All we saw was an empty gestational sac measuring 6 weeks. The doctor didn’t sound concerned and told me to come back in 2 weeks. I had the second ultrasound 4/24 and we saw baby, saw the heart flickering, and now I’m 8 weeks 2 days I was nervous too but just wanted to provide some comfort that it may truly be too early to see. You could have ovulated later or something. A tilted uterus also is hard to scan to see baby early on. Theres so many factors. I know it’s easier said than don’t but try not to worry until your next visit!!!
