Prodromal Labor (false labor) going on 3 weeks 😴

This is my 3rd pregnancy and the false labor is killing me. I’m so exhausted I can’t even see straight. Balancing 2 toddlers and weeks of false labor was not something I was prepared for. I didn’t have false labor like this my last pregnancies. Has anyone else gone this long with false labor? Everything I read is woman saying they are struggling after 3 days of it and I’m at 20 days straight. I am not able to sleep well at night and they don’t stop during the day either. At this rate, i don’t know how I’ll be able to give birth with zero energy. Feeling very overwhelmed and frustrated. Apt yesterday my dr checked about a membrane sweep but said my cervix is too posterior even though two weeks ago it was more anterior. She did say it is thin and soft and dilating but she couldn’t reach for a sweep. Frustrating how different every pregnancy and birth is. Advice appreciated
