High AMH with PCOS??

Hi all! My husband and I started our first round of IUI. I did not respond to Femara and did not start responding to Follistim until 125IU. I went in one day and my follicles were close (Three close) and I went in two days later and they had to cancel our cycle due to six follicles were mature and four being strong. So they did not feel comfortable moving forward. They said we could try again next cycle and we are. However, my AMH is at a 23.5 so my risk for this happening again are quite high.

Does anyone have any tips to help lower that AMH and how to avoid ovarian hyperstimulation again with IUI and injectibles?
