Waking up-pulls paci out of her mouth

Hi there, My 6 month old has been and is generally a good sleeper. Most of the time, she wakes up once a night and I put her pacifier back in her mouth and she’ll sleep until morning. For the last two weeks, she does not spit out her pacifier, her hands go to her mouth and she pulls it out immediately when I lay her down. She gets upset and cries until I walk back in to put the pacifier back in her mouth. Now she’s waking up screaming in the middle of nap times as well bc of it. Sometimes she goes back to sleep and sometimes doesn’t. Shes wearing the Merlin’s magic sleep suit to sleep. Her arms and hands seem like the need to be occupied even when she’s trying to fall asleep so she doesn’t immediately reach both hands up to her mouth for her pacifier. She slept really well in her swaddle but I’m afraid the transition to the sleep suit has become really difficult on her, and us.
