Has anyone had terrible pain in their rib cage at 31 weeks? Like it hurts to move

I have pain in the center of my chest that hurts pretty bad and I have to stretch often. The doctor told me that your sternum expands to make room for your growing uterus so it’s not uncommon to have rib and chest pain. If it’s on the right side only though she said to call because it could be preeclampsia
