**This is a place for those of us who have already started TTC, but have started infertility testing and/or treatments. You can express your thoughts, feelings, and frustrations on infertility. TTC can be a long journey naturally, then add in the difficulties associated with infertility, and it becomes a whole new ballgame. The road to infertility can be lonely, frustrating, and complicated, so let's make this a place where we can vent, ask questions, and support one another. Feel free to resurrect this thread at any point in the week if you have something to say. Treat this as an ongoing conversation.

Diagnosis (if you've been): Unexplained
Status (TI/ICI/IUI/IVF/FET/benched): FET
What are you doing this cycle? (Testing? Treatment?): Waiting for CD1
How are things going?: Just chugging along, waiting for CD1 so we can go again. RE sent an update late last week that we’ll now be going for what you might call a “heavily modified” natural cycle. Letrozole for a few early cycle days, then FSH every other day, adding an antagonist just before ovulation. On one hand, not looking forward to more injections; on the other hand, SO relieved I don’t have to fear another cancellation due to missed ovulation! Totally worth the discomfort if you ask me.
Any questions?:
GTKY: What’s your idea of a perfect date night? I love a new experience for a date night, e.g. I once got tickets for a taping of a podcast we were both into for a first date. It’s always fun to try new things, and I think better to do it with someone!! But what I love most is that it lowers the stakes: you hope it’s great but even if it’s terrible, it’s not like you could have known that in advance. So it just becomes a fun shared story/adventure. (Bonus: when I was dating, seeing how someone reacted to a sub-optimal experience was sooooo revealing.)
