Starting 7 weeks with cramps

I am starting 7 weeks and feel shap pain that last 1-4 seconds really fast here and there has anyone else experience this or should I be concerned I'm scared it's my 3rd pregnancy after 2 years of having a spontaneous miscarriage

TMI but are you pooping normally? 

I’ve been constipated and I get poop cramps. That’s when I have to think back to my last bowel movement and up my Fiber intake.

I was dealing with pretty sharp pelvic-area pain from 5wks, kind of cramp-like except not cyclical like cramps. I even thought it could be ectopic pain. Turns out it’s gas. I second what @mitchip recommended to do what you need to get the poops out. Constipation and gas are normal during pregnancy due to hormone changes. Good luck!

@knottie2da76acbcfb25164 It could be round ligament pain. They normally talk about you getting it later in the pregnancy but I'm 8w and I've definitely had it already. Had had it a fair amount in my previous pregnancies so I recognised it straight away. 

Round ligament pain is quick and sharp usually only one side. I usually get it if I jump up from sitting, etc. quickly as all it is is one of the ligaments that are attached to the top of your uterus pulling.
