Echogenic bowel syndrome

Has anyone had Echogenic bowel show up on their ultrasound? If so what was the outcome. I did have a subchornic hemorrhage and placenta previa with bleeding so I was wondering it could just simply be from that. I would love to hear some positive stories with regards to this if anyone has anyone would love to it hear it.Hoping for some reassurance while waiting on testing results.
