???Confused/scared. Am I miscarrying?

I am currently pregnant after 2 losses. I'm around 4 weeks. We had two First Response positive pregnancy tests(digital and 2 pink lines) on March 29th, 2024. I had a cold at the time(coughing, sneezing, achy, low fever) so my pregnancy symptoms seemed exacerbated... but then suddenly on April 1st I started cramping(30mins) with light bleeding the following evening. Both bleeding and cramping stopped shortly after they began, but I'm TERRIFIED that I may have miscarried, especially because now that I'm over my cold, I no longer notice any of the fatigue, nausea, frequent urination, etc. that I had before the cramping/light bleeding

Any thoughts or experiences you have to share would be much appreciated😥

Personally, any time I started bleeding and cramping, it always has led to a MC.  However, bleeding and some light cramping is supposed to be very common in early PG.  Have you taken another test recently to see if it still shows a line?  And/or I would call my doctor if I were you (with your history) and see if they will send you to get HCG Beta Quants every 48 hours to see what the numbers are and if they're doubling every 48 hours like they should be for a normally progressing PG.

I've been taking new tests every few days because I'm so worried about the levels dropping. So far no faint lines, not even at the beginning. Always a strong line. I guess that's a good sign...🫤

Also, the only time I bled was right after sex so we stopped sex completely after that and no blood since.

What was your bleeding like? Did the MC progress naturally or require meds to induce?

@aylababy24 All of mine, except the first one, were natural miscarriages that did not require meds.
